Service Description
I am available for private classes, whether 1:1, couples or small group (up to 4 people). Private classes are a great opportunity to have a tailored experience, working on personal goals with sessions that are adapted to suit you. Whether your NCT group would like some pregnancy or postnatal sessions, you'd like to practice with your partner or friend, or you're interested in a 1:1 session to manage anxiety or work to a specific goal, I can tailor a session to you. Sessions are currently offered on a Sunday morning at 930am. If you would prefer me to visit your home or place of work please send me an email to arrange.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice I will do my best to fill your space but if I am unable to do so you will still be charged.
